Your HRA is here for you
The Human Resources Advisor (HRA) acts as an interface between the HR department and the department assigned to him or her, advising and supporting managers and other staff members on all HR matters. The HRA is the ‘face’ of HR and will liaise with HR experts or other services where needed. He or she also analyses and proposes solutions to improve on HR operations, in an on-going basis. All discussions with your HRA are confidential.
Hello, my name is Lore Taillieu and I am your (new) HR Advisor. Previously, I have worked in the accelerator sector as well as in the recruitment unit. PH is a big and diverse department, and I can only say I’m delighted with this assignment – though it will take me some time to get to know you (the people – there’s quite a lot of you!) and the activities.
The way I see my role is to help take away as much as possible the noise around you so you can concentrate at best on what you’re here for – your work. If you have any questions, if you want to check something you’ve heard, if you need advice, need help resolving issues or just want to discuss anything confidentially that distracts you from feeling comfortable in your work, don’t hesitate to stop by. It’s my job to support you as best as possible: I’m trained for it and I enjoy it.
