It is organised and sponsored by CERN and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR), Dubna, Russia, together with the University of Sofia, the Bulgarian Nuclear Regulatory Agency (BNRA), and the Institute for Nuclear Research and Nuclear Energy (INRNE) in Bulgaria.
